There will be meditations, breathwork practices, and movement practices (often gentle and restorative yoga).</p> <p>This is a 10 minute body scan meditation that you can use to build awareness to your body, support positive body image, or to add some presence in your day. This is based off the yoga nidra practice, which is a practice to encourage deep rest and relaxation.
