Jérome Boulenger on Raw Veganism, Wim Hof Method and Yoga
This week's guest is Jérôme Boulenger. He is passionate about sports and has practiced many disciplines during his childhood, Jérôme discovered yoga in Shanghai in 2016. He immediately fell in love with this practice that is linking the body and the mind. Wishing to share his learning of yoga, Jérôme trained as a vinyasa yoga teacher, a dynamic yoga that he teaches today by mixing traditional asanas, movement and muscle strengthening. Jérôme is also an instructor of the Wim Hof method based on three pillars, breathing, exposure to cold & ice water, and meditation, a method that boosts the hormonal, energy, and immune systems. Jerome has been a raw vegan since 2018, and seeing the extraordinary benefits of this diet, he decided to become a naturopath in 2020, and today he uses all his tools to help people take charge and find resplendent health. In this episode, we spoke about the importance of yoga, the impact of breathing exercises and the secrets behind a raw vegan diet.

Poonam Malpani on making arts, connecting with thyself and finding meaning in life
My guest today is Poonam Malpani. She is a dance crazy color freak, a people hugger, an ear-to-ear smiler and a spirited lover. Ever since she remembers being, she remembers being an artist. she relies very heavily on her intuition in life and especially in her art. she loves and practices many forms of art like, painting, body painting, designing clothes, mixed media and dance, as art comes to her almost effortlessly. It's the joy of creating something that does not already exist in the world that excites her the most. she believes each piece of art carries lifelike energies of its creator and to her, that is pure magic. Art helps her understand who she truly is while she gets lost in creation! It has given her a purpose. The purpose of sharing this gift as authentically as she can with herself and others around her, because ART HEALS! she is extremely passionate about all people and things she loves and she tries her best to nurture it as the power of love gives her prana, the energy of life! :) In this episode, we spoke about the importance of meditation, the quest of discovering thyself and the impact of art in her life. Chiara Condi on women empowerment, leadership and social impact
This week's guest is Chiara Condi. She is an activist, speaker and expert raising awareness about gender equality and diversity. Chiara is the founder of Led By HER, a nonprofit that works on women's entrepreneurship, innovation and women’s rights. In partnership with business schools and corporations, the organization delivers an entrepreneurship program to help women who have suffered from violence rebuild their lives through entrepreneurship. With a community of over 250 volunteers, the organization offers courses, individual mentoring, and hackathon events co-organized with the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Led By HER recently launched FoundHERLab, a digital platform coded by Capgemini, to mobilize companies worldwide around women’s entrepreneurship by offering pro-bono skills-based volunteering to women entrepreneurs locally. Chiara has launched a podcast, The Other Half which interviews male leaders and CEOs around the world on the subject of gender equality in their personal and professional lives. Prior to founding Led By HER Chiara worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to maximize the gender impact of the Bank’s investments. She graduated from Harvard and has a master's from Sciences Po/LSE.
