Two best friends. One insane post-grad reality. Welcome to Now That We're Out of the Building — the podcast that dives into figuring out life with honest conversations, hilarious detours, and sharp insights on culture, careers, the arts, identity, and the true power of delusion. Join Allen and Peter every week as they decode adulthood, pop culture, and the high drama of young professionalism (with a heavy dose of opera). If you're learning to navigate life and wondering if anyone else feels this chaotic... you've totally found your people. Always unfiltered. Always relatable.
We’re Hot, We’re Grateful, and We’re Just Getting Started with Peter & Allen
When Miss Triangle walks in, you notice. This week, we’re getting meta and super grateful as we wrap our last episode of this experimental first season. We talk about cold calls, when not to talk to strangers, and why it’s literally so hot (hint: it’s the heat). Plus, we shout out the icon who is Kolbi Jordan and issue a PSA to call, well, everyone. It’s the end of the season, but there’s no end to the chaos that's just us.

“I don’t know if you noticed, but I really enjoy myself” with Peter & Allen
In this week’s episode, Peter and Allen talk about opera and drag workshops, dig into the international system, and push for allowing the experts to do what they do best. They also talk about the recent cuts to funding for the arts and Pride month, and the importance of staying in the way, taking up space, and getting into good trouble. This one is a deep dive, so enjoy the ride!

Pretending to Be Scientists Based on the Things We Fall Asleep Too with Peter & Allen
It’s Science Week on the podcast, and wow, are Peter and Allen underqualified! The true physical embodiment of a 3 am Google deep dive, we touch on fear, climate, allergies, baby holders, sleep hygiene, crazy dreams, meth (?!?!?), body movement, and terracotta in all of its forms. We honestly can’t believe that this conversation happened, and by the end of the episode, you won’t either.

That's the thing about...just everything with Peter and Allen
Join us to unpack job interviews, thirst over Bad Bunny’s dangerously delicious Calvin Klein campaign, and mourn a childhood left behind in Mexico. Plus: Rachel Zegler & Kit Connor’s Romeo + Juliet (yum) and pigeons cooing (haunting). Tender and thirsty—just how we like it.

The Hero’s Journey to Interpretive Dance on the Subway with Peter & Allen
This week, we unpack subway chaos (who is playing Temple Run?), the brilliance of the improv mess Shitzprobe, and how Handel’s Alcina rubbed the hair clean off Allen’s knees (smooth and unbothered). Plus, a gentle scream to the youth: learn to write, and don’t be afraid to suck at it. Get in, we’re getting cultured.

It's hard to do but, once you do it...there it is with Peter and Allen
She's HERE!!! In our debut episode, your hosts Allen Pearcy Galeana and Peter Wetherbee spill the tea on who we are, why this podcast exists, and why Emilia Perez did NOT eat. We get into the feels of good opera, the chaos of dating in NYC, and lifelong obsessions with Disney princes (yes, Prince Eric still slaps).
It’s messy, it’s musical, it’s magic. Come hang. 💅
