[…] We wanted to focus on that and know that they're dipping. They have that shock, and they go down. It's just a roller coaster, and it's natural. But we knew, what can we do to implement into our program in those vulnerable months between 4 and 7 when they're at their lowest point? They get off orientation. They don't know where they are. They don't know if they should be a nurse. They're very questioning of themselves. How do we bring them up and uplift them out of that? And one is to create that safe space for our program, that physical environment that they know they can come and debrief about anything. […]
