<p>كنت اتحدث إلى طبيبة نفسية عن شيئ لا يزال يؤلمني بعد سنوات طويله </p><p>فقالت لي : هل تنتظرين اعتذاراً ؟ </p><p>تنتظرين ممن؟ </p><p>من مصدر الاذى؟ </p><p>تنتظرين نهاية مثل افلام " الحق ينتصر على الشر ؟ </p><p>أولئك الذين يتسببون في الألم،ليسوا مسؤولين عن التعافي </p><p>هذه مسؤوليتك أنت.</p><p>لقد قاموا بدورهم في التسبب بالأذى ورحلوا. </p><p>لن تستمر في مشوارك وانت تقول : </p><p>"جرحي لا يزال ينزف وأنت السبب يجب عليك أن تصححه" </p><p>هذه مسؤوليتك أنت .. التعافي مشوارك أنت. </p><p>النهاية مسؤوليتك وحدك انت فقط.</p>

متى تنام ؟
رسالة اليوم هي حافظوا على انفسكم احموها وحطوا لها درع منيع لكن بإتزان الحمايه تختلف عن المنع مو امنعها او احرمها لتعرض مع الناس لا خلك القريب البعيد من الكل واختر اشخاص معينه هم الي دائماً تكون قريب منهم وترتاح لهم . ترى أثمن شيءٍ نمتلكه هي انفسنا متى ما خسرناها راح تكون الخسارة كبيره لكن تأكد ان مافيه شيء ما يتصلح ولا ينجبر واكرر مقولتي ( الله الي خلق القلوب والله الي قادر يجبرها ) انا ضد ان مافيه شيئ يتصلح صح ماراح يرجع مثل قبل لكن على الاقل قادرين على التجاوز والاستمرار رغماً عن كل شيءٍ متى نتعب إذًا استسلمنا وحسينا ان خلاص النهاية لا غلط حتى الموت مايعتبر نهاية هو عبارة عن انتقال لمرحلة اخرى عشان كذا حاول وحاول وحاول المهم احمي نفسك بعد كل وقوع وحاول اصلاح كل ما تم افساده داخلك دائماً كن حريص آكثر شيئ على تنظيف نفسك من داخل وابعاد كل الشوائب والكسرات الصغيره الي علقت بالقلب ابعدها كل شيء قابل للاصلاح لكن إذا احنا نبي والدليل ان باب التوبة مفتوح إلى يوم القيامة معناه احنا قابلين لصلاح فيه وقت لكل شيء وكل الامور تحت مشيئة الله النتائج اتركها لربك لكن الاجتهاد والسعي عليك انت استمر .
