New Normal ของอาชีพที่ปรึกษา
หลังจากเจอวิกฤติโควิด 19 เข้าไป ทุกอาชีพได้รับผลกระทบกันหมด อาชีพที่ปรึกษาก็เช่นเดียวกัน ต้องมีการปรับตัวกันยกใหญ่ทั้งคนที่ทำอาชีพที่ปรึกษาเอง และลูกค้าที่เป็นองค์กร แต่การปรับตัวนี้น่าจะนำไปสู่สิ่งที่ดีกว่า ง่ายกว่า สะดวกกว่าและประหยัดกว่า เพราะที่ผ่านมาบางครั้งให้คำปรึกษาออนไลน์ได้ แต่ลูกค้าไม่คุ้นเคย ที่ปรึกษาไม่ถนัด พอมาตอนนี้ทุกคนถูกบังคับให้ปรับพฤติกรรมเดิมไปเรียบร้อยแล้ว จึงทำให้เกิดวิถีใหม่(New Normal) สำหรับคนทำอาชีพที่ปรึกษาในยุคนี้ ใครไม่ปรับตัวอาจจะตก Norm ของอาชีพไปเลยก็ได้นะครับ ต้องการพูดคุยกับผมติดต่อได้ที่ Line Official : @narongwit
