قناة سيسو بيه متخصصة لمساعدة الأشخاص اللي عايزين يقللوا وزنهم ويسخوا إنهم يخسوا وهما مبسوطين, رحلة خسارة الوزن رحلة مش سهلة بس مش مستحيلة, واللي بيخلي الرحلة أجمل وأحلى إننا نمشيها وإحنا بنحب نفسنا وبنحب الأكل وبنحترم رغباتنا ومشاعرنا وإحتياجاتنا كلها ومش بنميل كل الميل ناحية حاجة على حساب باقي الحاجات ..
أسلوب القسوة مع النفس والحرمان لو جاب نتيجة في خسارة الوزن على المدى القصير هيتسبب في مشاكل كبيرة على المدى الطويل وممكن جدًا الوزن اللي خسرته ترجع تزيده تاني ..
مع بعض هنتعلم إزاي نغيّر طريقة تفكيرنا وعاداتنا المضرة وإزاي نحترم جسمنا ومشاعرنا ونحسّن علاقتنا بالأكل علشان نعرف نخس وإحنا مبسوطين :)
