<p>李琳山「學長」談教職這條路，教職生涯四十餘年的心路歷程。 <br /> <br />在擔任資工系主任時期，為使台大資工系現代化並與國際接軌，老師積極招募旅外人才，在那資源拮据的年代，每年僕僕風塵走遍全美，拜訪各大名校及著名研究機構，希望說服人才回台任教。 <br /> <br />接著，來到了琳山大師的講古時間，老師談到了嫡傳弟子李宏毅和Google前台灣區總經理簡立峰的故事。 <br /> <br />李宏毅在實驗室一直擔任重要的角色，對於研究有許多 Novel 的點子，在 MIT 做訪問學者期間，創下了同時跟三個教授做三個不同 Project <br />的驚人成就。回台任教後，宏毅老師更致力於教學 Deep Learning，成為台大深度學習的先鋒，帶領眾多學子一窺深度學習的世界。 <br /> <br />簡立峰在博班期間就已展現出色的領導能力，為實驗室的學弟妹心目中的大師兄。在中研院任職時期，他先後被微軟以及 Google 挖角，後來接下 Google <br />在台灣發的第一份聘書，並將台灣的Google團隊從一人增長為數千人。 <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
