Puntata 10 - ANAC e trasparenza
L’8 novembre 2023, l’ANAC, cioè l’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione ha emanato una delibera nella quale viene richiesto al Comune di Sirmione di adeguare alcune sezioni del proprio sito, perché non garantirebbero il rispetto degli obblighi richiesti per l’Amministrazione Trasparente.<br /><br />Di cosa si tratta? Ne abbiamo parlato con il Cosngiliere Comunale Andrea Volpi: chi ha redatto e mandato l'esposto che ha portato alla delibera dell'Anac.
