   Fired for Ivermectin. Now She Helps Cancer Patients Fight Back | Nurse Donna Lowery

   Nurse Donna Lowery spent 31 years in OB at the same community hospital. In September 2021 she prayed on the way to work to be used that day — then advocated for a COVID patient to receive ivermectin. The doctor said yes. The patient improved. Eight days later, Donna was terminated and reported to the board of nursing. The board cleared her.
