Døden, sorgen og savnet
<p>En undersøgelse viser, at halvdelen af danskerne mener, at døden er et tabu. Selv om døden er noget, vi helst ikke taler om, så er den uundgåelig. Vi skal blive bedre til at tale om den.</p><p>63 % af danskerne oplever sorg som et tabu, 49 % oplever, at det er svært at tale med mennesker, der har mistet. </p><p>Når vi bliver født, skal vi også dø. Et vilkår alle mennesker deler i hele verden.</p>

<p>I denne episode taler vi om de mange livsfaser og forandringer gennem livet. Livet kan ofte opleves som epoker.</p><p>Hvordan har vi selv manøvreret os gennem de mange livsfaser?</p><p>Hvor vi er nu, de behov der vokser frem, om at finde ny mening, om at vælge sin egen vej videre, når man går ind i en ny livsbane.</p><p>Ældre bliver vi alle sammen, hvis vi bliver gamle nok, men det er ikke ensbetydende med, at man automatisk ved, hvordan man skal tackle det.</p>

De nye gamle
<p>I denne episode skal vi tale om "de nye gamle"! De startede ungdomsoprøret, nu er de i gang med et buldrende ældreoprør.</p><p>Vi befinder os midt i en buldrende aldersrevolution. Vi skal have gjort op med det stereotype billede af ældre som ensomme, triste, fysisk og psykisk svækkede borgere.</p><p>Og der er sat turbo på den udvikling, fordi vi nu ser en generation af "hippieboomere og efterkrigsbørn". </p>
