Hi All,
Trav O'Donoghue (O'D) here, listen in if you enjoy listening to a bit of banter, story telling and just general discussion around random and hot topics.
Mainly based around sports and fitness, I throw in some work related topics and life topics. Trying to be as honest and as real as possible along the way.
Find us on Instagram and Facebook @od_cast
Cheers Guys!
This one is a bit unique to the rest. It gets a bit real and was unintended but here we are. Give it a listen and be sure to leave a review.
For a fun challenge, count the number of 'umms' in this episode!!

Welcome to 2024!
Hi Team, we are hoping to absolutely smash out some more podcast episodes this year, so stay tuned. Be sure to send through some feedback as well through our socials.
On this episode I chat with a friend of the show, Caelan. Now Caelan has been around the CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting scene for a while and has his fair share of stories to tell. As well as being a black belt in Goju which adds to this episode.
Hope you all enjoy!

Ep. 10 - 2023 in Review ft. Ben Hardie.
After having some time away from the pod, ben hit us up about doing another episode. So we hit the mic's and started recording, a lot of review took place plus a few good ol fashioned yarns thrown in there as well.
We go back to the would you rather questions and try avoid the argument again of 'Socks or Jocks'.
Hope you guys enjoy and we will be back in 2024 better than ever.
Cheers.
Trav.

Righto team,
A quick game of 'would you rather' turned bad.
We agree to disagree on a hot topic that arose in this episode..

Plus Blake has shin splints and Trav talks CrossFit.

EP5. - Those Who Can't Do, Teach.
Welcome Back to another Episode of the OD Cast!
We made it to 5 Episodes published, who would've thought that we would stick to it for this long.
In this ep we cover off on a few topics, from why we coach to some out of context dad jokes. Trav celebrates his 27th birthday and Blake is back in the gym this week.
QLDER!!!!
That's right the mighty maroons secured the shields this year for both the men's and women's series.
We speak NBA draft and Sporting news along with some good news stories to lighten your day.

EP4. - Darwin Days.
We are back from the NT!
What an adventure it was, thanks to Redbull and Caffeine for helping us through the week. Many of beers were had and pub feeds demolished.
Darwin turned it on for the lads as they turned it up at a wedding. Blake goes over his NZ trip and how a night out in Brisbane has bruised his ability to fly worry free.
And it's June,
Men's Mental Health Month.
A topic close to the hearts of both the boys and they discuss this in depth a bit more. Remember to always look out for your mates and others as the stigma around this needs to stop!
Cheers Team,
The O'D Boys.

EP3. - Kinda Fit, Kinda Fat.
Yooo!
We made it to Episode 3.
The title of this one speaks for itself, we share our fitness journeys so far and what got us in the door.
We touch on habits and the in's and out's of how 'we' do fitness.
Both Travis and Blake are on different paths in their fitness journey and what keeps them there.
Mental health and life difficulties are a talking point as well. We all struggle or go through something that is challenging in life and takes a toll mentally, the gym was where the boys turned to in a time in need.
If you've got something you'd like to share with us about your journey, send us a message on instagram @od_cast.
Cheers and Enjoy!
