The Whispering Woods: After Dark was formerly known as Obscurata. It is still the place for the darker stories. The unsolved cases, strange disappearances, true crime, occult history, paranormal reports and unexplained events that don’t quite fit anywhere else. Each episode looks at the stories that linger after the lights go out. Some are rooted in crime. Some in folklore. Some in witness accounts, old reports, rumours, fear and the things people have never been able to fully explain. Different name. Same dark corners. […] I'd spend my days playing board games and watching game shows or baseball games with my grandpa, who would sometimes take me out into the woods out behind their house to follow game trails or try to photograph the wildlife. My grandmother spent most of her time in her garden. She'd come in as it got dark and watched lovingly as Grandpa and I played Uno or Yahtzee.
