On the "Ocean Accountability Podcast" we discuss a variety of topics surrounding our Oceans and our human impact on their health and safety for the future. We are faced with small decisions everyday that can have large impacts for our future and these topics are just a few of the very important things that we can be doing in our day to day lives.
We look into how climate change is pushing the gentrification of Overtown and displacing people to more vulnerable areas. We cant separate racial injustice from climate change issues.

White Without Bleaching
In our first episode of “White Without Bleaching” we explore the controversial topic of sunscreens and coral reefs. We sat down and spoke with PHD candidate Kelsey Johnson Sapp on the science behind sunscreen’s affects on coral reefs. Then we spoke with Key West mayor Teri Johnston about how she Is pushing legislation to help save our reefs. Be sure to stay tuned for upcoming episodes about our reefs and how to protect them.
