PRACTICAL TIPS FOR A THRIVING HOMESCHOOL COOP | LINDSAY TADROS

Homeschool coops can feel like unicorns—rare, elusive, and almost mythical when healthy & thriving. This workshop pulls back the curtain on what it takes to build and sustain a homeschool coop rooted in strong community, academic excellence, and shared faithbased values. We’ll unpack the opportunities and challenges as we look at the logistics that make a coop viable, including insurance, waivers, statements of faith, organizational structure, and governance. The workshop also covers curriculum selection and implementation, cooperative leadership, alignment with faith and values, and realistic expectations. We’ll close by returning to the heart of it all: Why is this worth the work? The unicorn isn't a myth—it’s built intentionally over time.

By doing this SWOT analysis, we hope to understand this ministry model and encourage churches' disciplemaking.
