Journey from Rock bottom pt 1
This is part one of a multi part series.. Where not only do every vitalizes podcast. But I also document the process of going from where I now find myself. Which is in my opinion , rockbottom facing some of the worst situations and environment that i've ever found myself in.

Each episode is intended to be a reflection on to myself, That 1 day I can go back and see this is where I was.This is the journey.These are the bridges of incidents.That led me to where I am today.
Reflecting back , I could see the internal conversation and the beliefs that I held had me here , and they were left unchecked in my mind.
This series will focus on the changing of two primary areas which I expect will change every area of my life as well as yours as you follow along.
The two primary areas are fitness slash health in the eternal overall health of the body. As I have struggled for many years with a personal image and wait problem.I would call it a problem at this point.The vinecular will change overtime.
The second and the large Domino was Keller would put.It is financial.This Siri starts with me at absolute Rock bottom.Not knowing how to cover many of my living expenses living outside of my minutes.
Which positions this many podcast series or this section of my story as a place for a perfect miracle to take place this I? Dea of a miracle, begging the unexpected things outside of my physical control, leveraging the teachings of the above teachers and so much more to get there. Taking it serious.
