Of The Feminine

About Of The Feminine

A podcast for women remembering themselves as creative forces. Of The Feminine is the podcast companion to Alchemista — a body of work rooted in sacred feminine wisdom and devoted to reclaiming creative power through descent, initiation, embodiment, and a curious dancing with the Great Mystery. Together, we explore what it means to live as a creative force by transforming what has been hidden into medicine and bringing new worlds into being. Hosted by Montoya Miller, a creative midwife devoted to the awakening of feminine creative power. montoyamiller.com Substack + YouTube @montoyamiller

   8. MYSTIQUE: A Place To Become More Alive

I wanted something different: a space where we aren't handed another blueprint, but invited into an experience we can co-create. A place to tend our inner worlds, reconnect with our own rhythms, follow what pulls at us, and discover what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to be genuinely curious about who we're becoming. In this episode, I share the deeper reason MYSTIQUE exists, and why I believe women need spaces for relational revelation, creative aliveness, seasonality, experimentation, and bringing vision into form. 7. A Sovereign Woman Knows the Power of Subtraction

What if reclaiming your power has less to do with adding something new, and more to do with removing what was never yours? In this episode, I explore subtraction as a radical practice of self-authorship: releasing inherited identities, conditioning, perfectionism, audience consciousness, compulsive consumption, and the endless pressure to fix, improve, and optimize ourselves into finally being “enough.” After years spent immersed in spirituality and wellness (and eventually becoming deeply disillusioned with the ways these industries can keep women searching for the next answer, practice, product, or transformation) I’ve come to believe that returning to ourselves is often much simpler than we’ve been taught. We talk about what solo travel taught me about becoming “unknown” to myself, the relationship between consumption and creativity, why so many women already know exactly what they want, and how creating space for what is truly ours can open up entirely new possibilities. Especially as we move through Virgo season and toward a new season, this is an invitation to ask: What can I subtract? What can I simplify? What am I carrying that isn't mine? And who might I become when I make space for something new to emerge? Sometimes the way back to your creative power isn't through becoming more, but through subtracting what never belonged to you. A Cyclical Woman’s Guide to Feeling Stuck

A liminal-season toolkit for women navigating the in-between. Tune in for journaling prompts, nervous system inquiry, and soul-level reorientation. In this episode, we explore what it actually means to feel lost, stalled, or confused—and why, for cyclical women, these seasons are often signs of deep transition rather than failure. I walk you through the two core reasons we experience “stuckness”: When we’re being asked to up-level and fear is quietly running the show When life is asking us to slow down, rest, and integrate after major upheaval or transformation At the end, I share a curated set of journaling prompts designed to help you: Reconnect with possibility Understand your relationship with fear and rest Listen to your body and nervous system Clarify what’s completing, and what’s quietly emerging You don’t need answers right now. You need safety, curiosity, and permission to be where you are. If you’re between who you were and who you’re becoming, this episode is for you. If You’ve Lost Your Spark, This Is Why

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, like your spark, shine, or sense of aliveness has gone missing...this episode is for you. This is a reminder that there is nothing wrong with you, and that you don’t need to fix or overhaul your life to come back to yourself. We explore why so many women lose touch with their essence, how we’re taught to seek aliveness outside ourselves, and the simple, potent practices that reconnect us with our feminine power: pleasure, creativity, movement, beauty, and presence. This is an invitation to romance yourself, to remember that joy is not frivolous, and to reclaim the parts of you that make life feel radiant again. If you’re ready to feel full of yourself, in the truest sense, come sit with me. Hosted by Montoya Miller, Guide of Embodiment and Creative Aliveness. Death of the Good Girl: Meeting the Dark Feminine

We’ve been sold a watered-down version of feminine power: seduction, mystique, magnetism, aesthetic. But the truth is, the dark feminine is not about being adored, admired, or “high value.” She is the force that strips away illusions, kills the good girl archetype, and drags you into descent. In this episode, I share the raw and unglamorous truth of what it means to meet the dark feminine: the humbling, messy, unsexy work of shadow integration, sovereignty, and radical responsibility. We’ll explore: Why mainstream feminine teachings fall short, feel hollow, and keep women in performance The painful but necessary death of the good girl archetype The difference between shadow and true dark feminine embodiment Descent as the feminine path: falling from grace, rage, grief, sabotage, shadow dancing, and rebirth What sovereignty looks like when rooted in truth, responsibility, and wholeness A mirror ritual to begin meeting the aspects of yourself you’ve avoided The dark feminine isn’t here to make you look good, she’s here to usher you into wholeness and truth. This is for the woman who’s ready to stop outsourcing her power, truly, and remember what it means to be the authority of her own life. Hosted by Montoya Miller, Guide of Embodiment and Creative Aliveness. Vision vs. Fear: How to Find Clarity When You Feel Stuck on the Feminine Path

This episode was recorded back in July of 2025. I wanted to include it now to show in real time how I navigate fear and doubt on this path. We’ve all felt the tug of war between expansion and contraction. The spark of a new vision pulling us forward, and the fear, doubt, or comparison that keeps us frozen in place. In this episode, I share how to work with that tension as part of the feminine path: moving out of the mind, dropping into the body, and calling on your inner Wise One to guide your next step. You’ll walk away with practices to release what isn’t yours, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and find clarity in the unknown — not by forcing the path, but by learning to trust its unfolding. Reclaiming Your Erotic Energy As Aliveness

Erotic energy isn’t just sexual, it’s the life-force that fuels your creativity, sovereignty, and aliveness. In this episode, you’ll discover how to reconnect with your erotic current through womb wisdom, cycles, and sensual embodiment, and why so many women have been cut off from this power. You’ll also be guided through a simple practice to awaken your own erotic aliveness, rooting you back into your body, your essence, and the eco-erotic dance of life.
