And so, They said that they had seen, just like you had mentioned and Jimmy mentioned to you, that the demand erosion has been astronomical over the last three weeks, three or four weeks. And that includes the Portland area as well, which is obviously on the West Coast. But what it's now done, well, we can get into what I think about it. But what it's done basically is it's caused people to reframe not only what the cost of their debt is to purchase a home right at a at a rate that like you know everybody was just starting to get comfortable with like six and a quarter six and a half like yeah i don't love it it was starting to normalize a little bit for yeah like which it will over time right but then all of a sudden it's like just kidding seven and a half seven yeah yeah And that has eroded a lot of demand.
