2: Off the Charts with Sean Wade, CEO of Power Metal Resources $POWMF (OTCQB:POWMF)
Hello and welcome to "Off the Charts," the podcast that brings you in-depth analysis and insights on one OTC-listed company each week. I'm your host, Phil Carroll, and joining me are my co-host Kevin Hornsby and our resident analyst and investor, Charles Archer. Together, we explore the exciting world of emerging companies and the opportunities they present. Welcome to Episode 2!
We dive into the big news this week, including the shocking events surrounding former President Trump and the increasing pressure on President Biden to withdraw his re-election bid due to his recent illness from Covid-19. There are also discussions about the potential invocation of the 25th Amendment.
This week, we are joined by Sean Wade, CEO of Power Metal Resources, listed under the ticker POWMF on the OTCQB. Power Metal Resources is a metals exploration company focused on financing and managing global resource projects, seeking large-scale metal discoveries. The company targets district-scale potential across a diverse global portfolio, including precious, base, and strategic metals in North America, Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. Their projects range from early-stage exploration to advanced prospects under drilling. Power Metal develops projects internally or through strategic joint ventures, aiming to dispose of them via sale or separate listing, thereby realizing value. Proceeds from disposals are reinvested for growth or returned to shareholders through buybacks, dividends, or in-specie distributions.
Power Metal has a large portfolio of assets, including Power Arabia, uranium assets, and has caught the attention of renowned investor Rick Rule. Sean walks us through the Power Metal model and their exciting ventures
