Reacting to Paul George's GREAT Sixers Debut! | MAJOR Update about Joel Embiid's Return
<p>Philadelphia 76ers All-Star Forward Paul George made his season debut vs. the Phoenix Suns last night and looked pretty good despite having an off shooting night. George's return made the Sixers look like a completely different team because of his gravity, shot creation, & playmaking. </p><p>The end of the game was controversial as well because Paul George seemingly waved off Tyrese Maxey to take last shot despite Maxey having scored 32 points on 54% shooting. </p><p>Also there was an update on All-NBA MVP Center Joel Embiid. The report states that Embiid could be ready to return as soon as the Los Angeles Clippers game on Wednesday. <p>The Philadelphia 76ers tip off the 2024-2025 season tonight vs. the Milwaukee Bucks but before that PHLY host Devon Givens joins me on a special episode to give a preview of what the Sixers season could look like.</p><p></p><p>Even with the disappointing news of Sixers MVP Center Joel Embiid & All-Star forward Paul George ebing OUT for the opener we are still optimistic that the Sixers will be one of the BEST teams in the NBA ahead of the Boston Celtics and New York Knicks. Decon gives his X-Factor player that will keep the Sixers afloat all season in the non Embiid & George games. Joel Embiid is OUT for the Sixers Season Opener
<p>n a shocking turn of events, both Joel Embiid and Paul George have been ruled OUT for the season opener. Paul George was expected to be ruled out but not Joel Embiid, on top of that Embiid has already been ruled out for the entire first week of the season. Sixers Head Coach Nick Nurse says that "this is all apart of the plan" and that Embiid "suffered no setbacks and will continue his ramp up process. </p><p></p><p>To make matters worse, the Sixers' communication has left the fans in the dark, with no clear plan or updates. This is not fair to the fans who spend a lot of money on these tickets to see the stars play and be told that the stars are out 1 day prior to the actual game being played.
