Fasting
today's episode carries a different tone... I have been stepping away from technology. 2020 is just so dang heavy and every time I think we are going to get a break... we don't or maybe we are.. maybe we are in the midst of the biggest blessing yet, I don't know. but what I do know is that it was too much for my flesh.
so here I am encouraging you.. if you feel like life is too heavy and you are at the end of your rope in the flesh here is your challenge, here is how to tap in.. This could be so powerful for you! this is a weapon.

Every system in our body is uniquely connected to.... well, everything! The faster we have this awareness and the faster we are able to make more conscious decisions for our life.
