Her work blends shadow work, nervous system management, and inner-parts-based psychology.</p><p>She helps help self-aware people who are done with pop psychology and mindset hacks understand why they keep self-sabotaging what they consciously want — and how to turn those inner conflicting parts into allies.</p><p>Before coaching, Tina worked professionally with power dynamics, consent, desire, and shadow in a very embodied, real-world way.
