<p>We are Shana and Bridget!  We are two women on a health journey that we want to continue to build on and sustain.  Our goal is to help other people who have lost weight or are in the process and are now looking for guidance on how to <b>maintain</b> it long-term. We bring a light-hearted and relatable conversation to the table, filter-free and real. We want to share what we are learning about keeping a healthy mindset beyond the numbers, finding consistency and balance with all of the curveballs life can throw and how to celebrate the journey with one another. </p>
