[…] I do feel like a lot of us have spectrum adjacent behaviors if we are not fully on the spectrum, right? For me, I do have that diagnosis. I am autistic, but not everyone that has autistic traits is diagnosable for autism, but maybe that is what a touch of the TISM means, right? Maybe it means like you just have a sprinkle of these traits and not enough to fully be diagnosed, but yeah, to elaborate my job, it requires you to be pretty routine -oriented, pretty, what's the word? Particular, I guess, about how your space is set up. A lot of us set up our rooms differently. If you go into your patient's room and you're in there for the day with them, we all kind of have ways that we like to specifically set things up for ourselves. […]
