[…] I think the market is certainly different now than it was in 2008 when Keystone XL was first announced, but the result is effectively the same. Yeah, so let's talk through that. Let's talk through the market, the 2008 market in which Keystone XL was initially conceived, which is a pipeline that was explicitly meant to basically have a straight line shot from Hardesty down to the U.S. Gulf Coast. And that was kind of this mega project. And this was the view that, well, the Gulf Coast in particular had lots of heavy oil demand and Canada had lots of heavy oil to export.
