Folge 5: Was Kompostwürmer mit Geschlechtergleichheit zu tun haben
In Folge 3 "Jugendarbeit und die 17 SDGs" ging es um die Nachhaltigkeitsziele der Vereinten Nationen und darum, dass auch unsere Organisationsentwicklung OJO Vision 2030 an den 17 Zielen ausgerichtet ist. Um die Aktionen, die es dazu im KJR München-Land konkret gibt, weithin sichtbar – oder besser: hörbar – zu machen, startete Elke Rusch einen Aufruf unter den KJR-Mitarbeiter*innen, ihre SDG-Projekte vorzustellen. Als erstes gemeldet hat sich Theresa Fritz mit ihrem Projekt "Wurmkiste". Was da mit Grundschulkindern vom Konzept bis zur Umsetzung alles entstanden ist und welche SDGs dabei eine Rolle spielten, darum geht es in dieser OJOcast-Folge. Nachahmung ausdrücklich erwünscht!

Folge 4: Die Burg Schwaneck – Lern- und Lieblingsort
Heute geht es im OJOcast nicht um ein strategisches Ziel des KJR, sondern um einen Menschen, der viele Jahre, ja Jahrzehnte, für unsere Organisation gewirkt hat. Zum Eintritt in den Ruhestand spricht Elke Rusch mit Andreas Bedacht, Leitung der Überregionalen Bildung und des Bildungszentrums Burg Schwaneck – unter anderem über seine Anfänge beim KJR, die Bedeutung der außerschulischen Bildung und natürlich die Burg Schwaneck. Außerdem gibt Andreas uns eine kleine Roomtour durch die Burg mit allerlei spannenden Geschichten und Anekdoten.

Folge 3: Jugendarbeit und die 17 SDGs
Die 17 Ziele, englisch Sustainable Development Goals oder kurz SDGs sind politische Zielsetzungen der Vereinten Nationen und so etwas wie ein universeller Transformations-Fahrplan zur weltweiten Sicherung einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung. Die Ziele können nur erreicht werden, wenn nicht nur die Regierungen sondern auch möglichst viele Akteur:innen vor Ort sich einbringen und engagieren. Und so hat sich auch der KJR München-Land hat auf den Weg gemacht, die SDGs innerhalb der Organisation zu verankern und sein Handeln an den 17 Zielen auszurichten. Mit Anke Schlehufer vom Naturerlebniszentrum (NEZ) spricht Elke Rusch in dieser Folge unter anderem darüber, wo wir da inzwischen stehen und was die SDGs mit dem Organisationsentwicklungsprozess "OJO Vision 2030" zu tun haben.
