OKR Day - Aprende a priorizar y tomar mejores decisiones con OKR
<p>Con el inicio de año nos proponemos nuevos objetivos, pero luego llega la vorágine del día a día y todas esas buenas intenciones van decayendo hasta que apenas recordamos los propósitos de año nuevo que nos habíamos planteado. Por suerte los que diseñaron <strong>OKR</strong> pusieron especial énfasis en destacar la importancia de realizar seguimiento de los objetivos a través de los <strong>CFR</strong> (Conversaciones, Feedback y Reconocimiento).</p> <p>Por otro lado nos encontramos con el problema de no haber definido correctamente nuestros objetivos, lo cual muchas veces sucede porque no realizamos un buen trabajo de priorización, para lo cual no solo basta con la experiencia, también muchas veces valdrá la pena conocer una serie de técnicas que nos ayude a discernir en qué debemos poner el foco y convierta este proceso de priorización en parte del éxito para la consecución de nuestros objetivos.</p>
