Old Fashioned Friendship

About Old Fashioned Friendship

Two friends. Twenty years of memories. One bottle at a time. Join lifelong buddies Brandon and Bobby as they pour a glass of bourbon and take a spirited walk down memory lane. Each episode features a new bourbon tasting—complete with honest notes and a touch of amateur flair—paired with hilarious, heartfelt, and occasionally outrageous stories from their shared past. Whether you're a whiskey lover, a story buff, or just here for the laughs, pull up a chair and pour yourself a drink. It’s time to toast to friendship, flavor, and a few bad decisions.

EP 50 Willett Rye, Minecraft Crimes, and Other Bad Ideas

Send us Fan Mail This week, Bobby dives headfirst into absolute nonsense — even by Old Fashioned Friendship standards — dragging Brandon along for the ride. Bobby has fallen back into Minecraft like it’s a full‑time job, flattening mountains for “aesthetic reasons” and designing a villager prison that would definitely get him banned from at least three countries. Brandon, meanwhile, is trying to figure out how to turn an old PC into a Minecraft/ARC server while also preventing the house from ...

EP-49 Bowman on Bowman: The Alexandria Taste Test

Send us Fan Mail One year of Old Fashioned Friendship is right around the corner, and the boys are celebrating the only way they know how: cracking open a rare Bowman Brothers Alexandria Blend and immediately spiraling into absolute chaos. What starts as a legit bourbon tasting turns into a full‑blown front‑porch marathon featuring longboarding injuries, giant mutant lake fish at Mount Trashmore, the evolution of weed from “sprinkle it in the brownie mix” to “50mg gummies that erase time,” an...

Ep 48 BBNC & the Best‑of‑the‑Best Blind Barrel Beatdown

Send us Fan Mail In Episode 48, the boys celebrate being one month away from a full year of Old Fashioned Friendship — and they brought backup. Brandon’s cousin from New Jersey joins the table, one of the original architects of his beer obsession, and the crew immediately spirals into stories of Zwanze Day, magnums of bon-chein, drunk zoo festivals, and why you should never mix motorcycles with beer. Then it’s time for the main event: a super‑blind Blind Barrels tasting featuring four mystery...
