Episode 13: One Red Hot (Red Hot pronounced in a Brazilian Accent) Chili Peppers Minute

The prodigal sons return. After a too-long hiatus (thanks grad school), the boys are coming at you to talk all things red hot. In this episode, Drew 'gets' the clap, Matthew gets defrauded by Kentucky Fried Chicken, we discover we have more funk than the government, and the smash-hit new single "Black Summer" from the Red Hot Chili Peppers gets the OMC treatment. We'll be back next week with another esoteric topic and then it's on to the second half of The Fellowship of the Ring. Episode 11: Chapters 11-12

This week we're talking Fellowship of the Ring Chapters 11 and 12, and good gravy do we go off the rails. We got it all in this episode: George Lopez, people who decorate their car to look like Tweety Bird, Matthew singing a song about trolls, and Far East Movement's 2010 smash hit "Like a G6." Don't touch that dial- we're bringing you an hour and 10 minutes of ad-free classics. Tune in later this week for a new Talking Points episode! Episode 9: Talking Points- Plant Tier List (ft. Alana Edwards and Adrin Free)

Do you generally be succulent? Well you better hope so because this week we have special guests Alana and Adrin on to talk all things plants as Drew and Matthew throw them some curveballs (boberries, etc.). We get a little political, learn that the 'S' in S tier stands for stinko, and Matthew makes a top-shelf Rocky joke that fails to land. Tune in next week for your regularly scheduled LoTR content! *Editor's note: Alana made me tell y'all that she got monoecious and dioecious flipped (Go look up breeding systems for gymnosperms if you are so inclined)* YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQZnxHGSmSj00xzybLN-4gg (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQZnxHGSmSj00xzybLN-4gg) Instagram: @oliphaunts_mc Twitter: @OliphauntsMC Drew’s Twitter: @drewfelt Matthew’s Twitter: @mute_matthew Email: oliphauntsmotorclub@gmail.com (mailto:oliphauntsmotorclub@gmail.com) Adrin's IG: @adrinfree Alana's IG: @lanasedwards Artwork: Sam Watson (IG: @sam.j.watson) Music: Matthew Brantley

Episode 7: Talking Points- Nature (ft. Adrin Free and Melody Montgomery)

Well folks, we decided we'd been thinking too small just talking about Middle Earth, so this week we're covering... the entire natural world??? Friend of the pod and first time guest Adrin joins Melody in her second appearance as we cover a potential name for our fans (chomp squad, anyone?). Devo's smash hit 'Whip It', and even manage to sneak in a couple of seconds about cloacal kisses. We'll be back next week with some LoTR content. Oh, and feliz Ano Novo ya filthy animals.
