In breaking it's all about the battle. But what does it feel like to battle? How do you mentally prepare for this? The process to qualify for the Olympic Games has been draining so far. Luckily, some of the breakers are getting support from coaches. But this support can also cause extra pressure and stress. Because there's a big difference between the freedom in breaking and the strict regulations in sports. In this episode we also hear how Vicky Bergmans experienced taking part in the Youth Olympics in 2018.
