Podcast Overview

Om WOW is a self-help sanctuary for people seeking more peace, joy, clarity, and authenticity in their lives. We talk about how to identify and shift the subconscious patterns that keep you stuck, untwist your nervous system, and create emotional wellness on your own terms. Many years ago, your host, Jennifer Robin, literally googled “how to be happy” because she felt something was wrong, and knew it in her gut. Now, she serves as an EFT practitioner and guide, helping you understand the emotional patterns, nervous system responses, childhood experiences, and subconscious beliefs that shape your life. She’s a fellow traveler on this path of self-restoration—several steps ahead, but never above you. Each episode weaves together personal stories that echo scenes from your own life, new insights, and simple practices. We explore mindset, emotions, habits, mindfulness, confidence, and the empowering inner work that most mainstream self-help skips over. Many self-help approaches assume nervous system safety and emotional baseline stability, but that’s not true for many people, including our host. The usual advice doesn’t work when childhood experiences, trauma, deep emotional patterns, and a triggered nervous system are shaping how you think, feel, and react. Om WOW explores this foundational inner work through personal practice and conversations with leading experts. This is not about fixing yourself. It's about remembering who you are outside of the distractions, expectations, fears and negativity of this world. You can stabilize your emotional field and reconnect with your true self. Your own emotions, body, and breath can become your best guides without complicated systems, dogma, gurus or self-proclaimed experts. This is a spiral of self-discovery, taken one gentle breath at a time. Let's breathe it together.
