<p>新年度、バタバタの中で少しだけ立ち止まって</p><p>“今の自分”を言葉にしてみました。</p><p><br></p><p>退職を決めて、交渉して、引き止められて、</p><p>最終的に「残る」という選択をしたあとのリアルな今。</p><p><br></p><p>本当にこのまま続けられるのか？</p><p>正社員を手放すことへの怖さ</p><p>リモート中心の働き方で感じたモヤモヤ</p><p>実家で過ごす時間から気づいた「今しかないもの」</p><p><br></p><p>3年間悩み続けたからこそ見えてきた、</p><p>「仕事軸」ではなく「ライフ軸」で考えるという選択。</p><p><br></p><p>同じように、</p><p>・辞めるか迷っている</p><p>・転職を考えている</p><p>・育児と仕事の両立にしんどさを感じている</p><p><br></p><p>そんな方にとって、ひとつの参考になれば嬉しいです。</p><p><br></p><p>正解はまだ出ていないけど、</p><p>だからこそリアルな途中経過を残していきます。</p>

<p>退職を決意して上司に伝えたはずなのに、</p><p>気づけば「もう少し続けてみる」という選択をしていた私。</p><p><br></p><p>本当はやめたいのに、やめられなかった理由は</p><p><br></p><p>「自分で決めて、手放すことが怖かったから」でした。</p><p><br></p><p>引き止められて揺らいだ気持ち、嬉しさや申し訳なさ、</p><p>そして見えてきた“自分の人生の課題”。</p><p><br></p><p>・やめたいのに決断できない</p><p>・他人軸で選んでしまう</p><p>・自分の幸せがわからない</p><p><br></p><p>そんな方に、どこか引っかかる回かもしれません。</p>

<p>子どもにはいろんな経験をさせてあげたい。</p><p>ピアノ、ダンス、英語…。</p><p><br></p><p>でも仕事をして、保育園のお迎えに行って、</p><p>そこから習い事に連れていく生活を想像すると</p><p>正直「回る気がしない」と思ってしまう自分がいます。</p><p><br></p><p>公文の体験に行ったときに感じたこと、</p><p>送り迎えや宿題、夜の生活リズムのリアル。</p><p><br></p><p>「させたい気持ち」と「今の生活の余裕」の間で</p><p>揺れている、4歳児ママの習い事事情を話しています。</p>
