Your Body Is Carrying Pain Your Mouth Never Spoke”
Sometimes, the pain we carry is not in our words —
it is in our bodies.
You may say “I’m fine”,
but your body is telling a different story.
The headaches that come without warning.
The tight chest that makes breathing feel heavy.
The stomach that twists when nothing is wrong.
The anxiety that shows up at night when the world is quiet.
The sleepless nights where your body is tired, but your mind refuses to rest.
Your body remembers what your mouth was forced to silence.
This episode is about self-discovery — knowing who you are before the world tells you who to be. A gentle conversation in Luganda and English about identity, purpose, and inner truth.
