Run Billy....Run! -Billy Richards takes the chair
<p>In this week's episode Billy Richards takes the chair! Billy is from NY and is a veteran who proudly served both in the Marines and Army. After his service Billy walks us through his journey of finding obsession with being an endurance athlete. He sheds light on how he became an Ultra runner and both the accomplishments he has achieved and the toll it has taken on his body. Billy is known for his American Flag that he proudly carries in every event and the 40lb rucksack that he wears as a symbol of the extra burden the veterans carry after their service. Billy also did a thank you tour to police precincts across the country to show his appreciation for their service. Billy is extraordinary not only for the physical accomplishments he has achieved but also the attention he draws for the cause of Veteran's health and mental wellbeing.
