Ep4: This is my 'Raw' Why behind Air Control Pilates
This is my 'Raw' Why behind Air Control Pilates.
I wanted what I was finding hard to become the solution too. This is probably why I'm so driven, passionate and I am so clear about my journey forwards and also in the sharing of it.
I've only ever been truthful with myself... I invite you to take a breath of fresh AIR with me

Ep 2: Questions from Julianna Hane, USA based Aerialist, Pilates Teacher and Dance lecturer
Julianna Hane is an aerialist, Pilates Teacher and dance lecturer based in USA. During covid 2020 we touched base each week and had some lovely, thought provoking conversations.
This is a recording we made of Julianna asking me questions about teaching in June 2020.
Our Circus History course was written and spoken by Julianna, it's an amazing insight into both circus and its intertwining with Pilates.
*Apologies for the poor sound quality in this one!
It's funny listening back to myself in this which was recorded in the midst of covid.

Ep 1: 'My Why' - Interview with Rumbie and Debbie
I have been procrastinating making this episode for ...a long time!
That meant for me not launching the podcast till I'd made THIS episode.
NOW, felt like the perfect time to say it, make it and share it. Thanks to Rumbie for holding space for me to say these words as simply as I could without oversharing and complicated it more than it needed!
