Episode 8 - MTB etiquette
In this episode, Annie and Claire dive into trail and bike park etiquette, from shared-use areas to lift-accessed bike parks.
We also do the most riffing we’ve probably done to date which might explain how we were able to record nearly an hour’s worth of episode (also … we are really good at yapping). Episode 7 - What MTB gear do you really need?
All the gear: what gear do you actually need? Protective gear is great but padding won’t make up for a rigid riding position, and a full face is of limited use if you blow up on the climb and have to limp down the trails! It’s expensive to kit up and as a new rider you might not know what is and isn’t worth your hard earned cash. In this episode, hear our new segment, icks and yips or ews and yews, and a deep dive into what gear you actually need for MTB as a beginner or intermediate rider.

Episode 6 - different styles of off-road riding, where to do it and the bike to do it on!

A few bucket list destinations for each of us, a rundown of some awesome trails we’ve ridden and some manifestation for rides and bikes for both of us.
