Moving forward

We have made it, Episode 5, the finale🚨. Tonight we talk about all things reflections and solutions. This series has explored integrity in science and how this is not always the case. Today we aim to provide pro-active solutions, highlight what is already out there helping student and academics and finally what we think can be improved🎙 We talk about what we feel as individuals can help to improve representation on science, reflecting on our own experiences moving through education and being exposed to science and university, and the different access schemes/outreach/societies/individuals(!) we were really grateful for.

What impact does not being taught by ANY academics of the same ethnicity have on students, and how does this relate to the results of studies showing that those from underrepresented groups receive less reward for their research?
