On It Off It is a podcast brought to you by fitness influencer Louis Phillips and stand-up comedian Fergus Neal. Each week the two unlikely friends talk about what they’re on and what they’re off – from Hinge dating to the Fitzroy Garage Party. The former Big Brother contestant alongside the Daily Mail’s favourite comedian come head to head on what they’re on and what they’re off.
A beautiful solo episode to get you to brunch, aperols, or an AFL Grand Final Day party. Short one. But good one. Enjoy.

Flynn Martin: 1 Year Manosphere Sober
Flynn Martin is a Melbourne-based content creator who went from viral punchline to one of the most talked-about voices in the conversation around young men, masculinity and online radicalisation. After a string of TikToks (including one asking "is it okay to be a straight white male?") blew up for all the wrong reasons, Flynn found himself at the centre of a pile-on, and used it as the starting point for a genuine reckoning with how deep the manosphere's influence had reached into his own thinking. Since then he's been refreshingly candid about that journey, and about his bipolar diagnosis and experience with psychosis, using his platform to unpack it all in a way that's honest rather than performative.
On this episode, Flynn joins us to talk about getting swept up in Andrew Tate-adjacent content without realising it, what it actually felt like to be "cancelled," and what's changed for him since.
