Tobiasz Dankiewicz: The AI Front Desk That Never Misses a Call

Live from Chilliwack on the final On-Site Podcast episode of the day, the host talks with returning guest Toby (Tobias), founder of Handshake.app, about how fast AI changes and Handshake’s new beta product. Toby explains the vision for “Julia,” an AI front-desk agent that can respond immediately across phone, SMS, text, email, and other channels, and can route tasks across multiple LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Groq) to choose the best and most cost-effective model, including “LLM hopping” workflows. They discuss how Julia could handle event updates or business disruptions with minimal setup, and the importance of tech being easy for small businesses. The conversation also covers the weekend’s seminar, fishing, and shooting activities, takeaways from engaged small-business attendees, and plans for future events, including one in Ontario; Toby directs listeners to beta.handshake.app.
