The days where you haven’t slept, the laundry is pilled up and you are lucky if you had time to brush your teeth. I am a trained doula, certified lactation counselor, and past preschool teacher. I wanted to create a place that is nonjudgemental, supportive, open, honest, and safe. We will talk about all things parenthood, pregnancy, postpartum, birth, and life in general.
