<p class="MsoNormal">Rosie Grenter, clinical lead for the Somerset adult ADHD service and Kate Franklin, consultant psychiatrist for the adult Somerset ADHD service, join Andrea Trill, medical director for integrated and primary care at Somerset FT and a GP by background for the latest episode of connecting the dots.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">The small hardworking team of six members, supports adults with ADHD across Somerset. As part of a wider project, they are launching 'connect plus' app, which is an NHS approved platform that can help support patients through their journey right from the moment patients are thinking whether they have ADHD or not, all the way up to through the process of how to get a referral, and their journey through their service with assessment appointments and management options afterwards.</p>
