Sensei Ryan Burtney ON: Perseverance — What It Really Takes (Unreleased 2025)

It’s built quietly—through repetition, discipline, and the decision to keep going when nothing feels like it’s working.

In this unreleased 2025 conversation, Sensei Ryan Burtney and Yana talk about what perseverance actually looks like beyond the surface. Not the highlight moments. Not the motivational version. But the day-to-day standard required to stay consistent, stay focused, and continue forward regardless of circumstance.

This episode explores the reality of long-term commitment, how to navigate plateaus, push through resistance, and develop the kind of mindset that doesn’t rely on feeling ready.

Hosted on Acast.
