Mirror Soul Contracts & The Children Who Choose Us

Episode 7 is now live. ❤️🔥

Some episodes change you while you're recording them.

This is one of them.

This episode is deeply personal to me because it explores a journey I've lived myself.

We dive into the idea of mirror soul contracts the relationships that seem to reflect our deepest wounds, greatest lessons, and biggest opportunities for growth.

We talk about why parenting can be so incredibly hard, why different children can activate different parts of us, and how those triggers can become invitations to heal rather than reasons to carry guilt or blame.

If you've ever felt like you're failing as a parent...
If you've ever carried the belief that you're not enough...
If you've ever wondered why one child seems to challenge you in completely different ways to another...

This episode is for you.

We explore inner child healing, shifting old stories, learning to hold yourself with more compassion, and practical tools to begin breaking generational cycles instead of repeating them.

We also talk about why some children come into our lives to mirror the wounds we're here to heal, while others seem to bring out entirely different lessons. Whether you connect with the idea of soul contracts or simply see relationships as powerful mirrors, the invitation is the same—to become more aware of what they're revealing.

Because healing isn't about becoming a perfect parent.

It's about understanding why you're triggered, choosing to heal instead of react, breaking old patterns, and creating a new direction for your family.

This isn't a parenting plan.

It's a conversation about healing yourself so you can show up with more presence, compassion, and love.

And if you were the child who grew up believing you had to earn love, stay small, or never quite felt enough...

I hope this episode reminds you that those stories don't define who you are today.

Maybe your greatest healing isn't found in changing everyone around you.

Maybe it's found in finally giving yourself the love you've always been searching for.

Listen now wherever you get your podcasts. 🤍

The Art of Letting Go

Once You Know

In this episode, Amy explores the three stages almost everyone moves through after an awakening begins.

The moment you realise life can no longer continue the way it has.

The season where everything starts shifting and no longer feels familiar.

And the chapter where you stop searching for who you are and start becoming it.

A conversation about identity shifts, healing, release, forgiveness, and the freedom that comes from accepting that not everyone is willing, ready, or able to change the patterns and programming they live by.

What happens when you stop trying to make people show up differently?

When you release the expectation that others must heal, grow, or choose differently for you to find peace?

Sometimes healing isn't changing the people around you.

It's releasing the attachment to who you need them to be.

Because freedom begins when acceptance replaces resistance.

Once you know, you know.

The awakening

And this episode of Once You Know is another deeply personal snapshot into my life, my healing, and my own becoming.

I’ve spent the last seven days in the outback of Melbourne being pushed into edges within myself I didn’t even know existed. Not just as a facilitator of Kundalini Shakti & embodiment work, but learning how to truly weave it together with my own gifts, my intuition, my deep compassion, and my passion for helping people remember who they really are.

To say this experience changed me would be an understatement. This conversation is raw, unfiltered, emotional, and deeply human. My first real introduction into this work alongside my beautiful guests, and the incredible Kylie & Bianca.

This is lived experience meeting the magic of Kundalini Shakti. The embodiment. The unraveling. The remembrance.

There will be a part two once we’ve all had time to integrate what unfolded. But for now, this is the beginning.
