Kingdom Collaboration: Advancing the Mission Together
How can churches and ministries accomplish more together than they ever could alone?
In this second session of The Practice of Unity, Pastor Stephan Bauer continues his conversation with John Pellowe, CEO of the Canadian Centre for Christian Charities, exploring the practical side of unity through collaboration, partnership, and Kingdom-minded leadership.
Drawing on real-life examples from churches and ministries across Canada, John shares how organizations can leverage their unique gifts, resources, and strengths to advance God's mission more effectively together than they could independently. From open-handed generosity and mutual trust to shared vision and servant-hearted leadership, this discussion highlights the power of working together for the good of the broader Body of Christ.
Whether between churches, ministries, or Christian organizations, true unity requires humility, intentional relationships, and a willingness to prioritize the Kingdom above personal agendas. This conversation challenges leaders to embrace a bigger vision—one where cooperation replaces competition and where the success of one ministry becomes a victory for all.

When Churches Unite: A Witness the World Can See
What happens when churches move beyond talking about unity and begin living it out together?
In this final episode, Pastor Greg and Pastor Stephan share powerful stories of what can happen when believers and churches come together around a common Kingdom purpose. Reflecting on events such as The Big Give, Jesus Fest, One Church One Voice, and Church at the Fair, they discuss how unity creates opportunities for ministry, outreach, and community impact that no single church could accomplish alone.
More importantly, they explore why the world is longing to see a united Church. When believers choose love over division, cooperation over competition, and the gospel over personal preferences, they become a visible demonstration of Christ to their community. Unity is not merely a strategy for ministry—it is a witness to the reality of Jesus and His Kingdom.
Join the conversation as Pastor Greg and Pastor Stephan challenge believers to contend for unity, honour one another in their differences, and embrace the larger Kingdom vision that Jesus prayed for in John 17.
Whether you are a pastor, ministry leader, volunteer, or follower of Christ, this episode will encourage you to see unity not as an option, but as a vital expression of the gospel that the world desperately needs to see.
