26. Give It a Rest
<p>Winter is setting up shop in Johnson City, which makes it a perfect time to sneak away before Christmas!</p> <p>In this week’s episode, Kelly welcomes fan favorite co-host A.R. back to the show to cover a full menu of topics. This week’s show comes to you from the road, as the Rhea clan heads south on an epic road trip to cheer for Jack in the South Beach International Amateur.</p> <p>But it’s not a straight shot to Miami for our intrepid podcasters. They’ve booked a short stopover on the Georgia coast to acclimate to warmer temperatures and sneak in a few holes of golf.</p> <p>This episode has plenty of stories for you to enjoy. First up, the family welcomes a long lost stranger back to their home...and it’s not who (or what) you might think. And the main topic for today’s show is REST. Rest is a big buzz word, but we get mixed signals about how much rest, if any, we should be getting. Kelly and A.R. share their thoughts about rest, and even why it’s hard to feel rested on a vacation.</p> <p>And make sure you stay to the end of the episode because you’ll want to hear about A.R.’s misadventures getting a haircut on the road.</p> <p>One Conversation at a Time is a proud member of the Market Street Media family of podcasts, along with:</p> <p><a href="http://www.marketstreet.media/bettereveryday"><u><strong>Better Every Day</strong></u></a><strong> with Brad Weems</strong></p> <p><a href="http://www.marketstreet.media/mama"><u><strong>I See You, Mama: A Maternal Mental Health Podcast</strong></u></a><strong> with Kristina Dulaney</strong></p> <p><a href="http://www.marketstreet.media/marketingthatworks"><u><strong>Marketing That Works</strong></u></a><strong> with Drew Bedard</strong></p> <p><a href="http://www.marketstreet.media/johnsoncityliving"><u><strong>Johnson City Living</strong></u></a><strong> with Leighton Hart</strong></p> <p><a href="http://www.marketstreet.media/measure"><u><strong>Measure Once, Cuss Twice</strong></u></a><strong> with Seth Thomas</strong></p> <p><a href="http://www.marketstreet.media/smallbusiness"><u><strong>The Johnson City Small Business Podcast</strong></u></a><strong> with Ryan McKinney</strong></p> <p><a href="http://www.marketstreet.media/understated"><u><strong>One Conversation at a Time</strong></u></a><strong> with Kelly Rhea</strong></p> <p><a href="http://www.anchor.fm/barbercollegesuccess"><u><strong>Barber College Success</strong></u></a><strong> with Craig Charles</strong></p> <p><a href="http://anchor.fm/thehuddlesports"><u><strong>The Huddle</strong></u></a><strong> with Spencer Huddleston and Brad Weems</strong></p> <p><a href="http://www.anchor.fm/allpointswhole"><u><strong>Allpointswhole</strong></u></a><strong> with Krista Wright</strong></p> <p><a href="http://anchor.fm/doinggoodpodcast"><u><strong>Doing Good</strong></u></a><strong> with Dr. Becky Powers and Josh Smith</strong></p>
