<p><b>Wenn zwei Podcasts sich trauen: Transformation, KI und die Frage, was wirklich zählt</b></p><p>Was passiert, wenn zwei Podcast-Hosts einfach beschließen, eine gemeinsame Folge aufzunehmen – und sie unter beiden Flaggen veröffentlichen? Genau das. Rainer Karcher (One Day in Transformation) und Stefan Klung (Beyond KPI) treffen sich für ein offenes, ungescripptetes Gespräch. Anthea hat wohlverdient Urlaub – Stefan übernimmt ihren Platz.</p><hr /><p><b>Themen dieser Folge</b></p><p>Der Beyond-Moment: Rainer erzählt, wie er am 04.04.2024 nach 27 Jahren Konzern den Sprung in die Selbstständigkeit gewagt hat – gegen den Rat vieler, aus dem Bauchgefühl heraus. Daraus entstand Heartprint, und kurz danach der Podcast: 43 Folgen in knapp neun Monaten.</p><p>Twin Transformation: Was steckt hinter dem Namen Heartprint? Footprint kennt jeder. Handprint ist der positive Beitrag. Heartprint ist die emotionale Brücke. Der Fachbegriff: Twin Transformation – Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit als zwei Seiten derselben Zukunftsfähigkeit.</p><p>Greenwashing & CO₂-Fußabdruck: Der persönliche CO₂-Fußabdruck war einst eine PR-Idee von BP – eine Ablenkungsstrategie, um Verantwortung von der Industrie auf das Individuum zu verschieben. Greenwashing erledigt sich heute weitgehend selbst. Was bleibt, ist die Verbindung von Ökonomie und Ökologie als Überlebensstrategie.</p><p>Wirtschaftlichkeit als Türöffner: Wenn der Gaspreis sich verdoppelt, denkt selbst der erzkonservativste Geschäftsführer über Erneuerbare nach. Sonne und Wind sitzen nicht auf Tankern in der Straße von Hormus.</p><p>KI & Anthropic: Am 13. Juni 2026 forderte die US-Regierung von Anthropic innerhalb von 90 Minuten eine Lösung zur Nutzer-Identifikation. Das Ergebnis: Die neuesten Modelle wurden nicht veröffentlicht. KI ist längst politisch.</p><p>Das 60%-Potenzial: Prof. Johanna Gollenhofer (Uni St. Gallen) zeigt: 20 % handeln aus Überzeugung, 20 % verweigern sich – 60 % warten auf einen persönlichen, greifbaren Anreiz. Das 1,5-Grad-Ziel ist zu abstrakt. Das Magnum-Beispiel beweist: Reframing funktioniert. Als „vegan" zur Fußnote wurde, stiegen die Verkaufszahlen schlagartig.</p><p>Transformation als natürlicher Zustand: Heraklit hatte recht – alles ist im Fluss. Sich nicht zu verändern erfordert aktive Gegenbewegung. Kopenhagen zeigt: 40 Jahre konsequente Stadtplanung verändern eine Stadt. Estland und Lettland zeigen: Wer von Grund auf neu baut, braucht das Rad nicht neu zu erfinden.</p><p>Transformations-Challenge – Mach es kleiner: Otto Scharmer (MIT, Theory U): „The success of the intervention depends on the inner condition of the intervener." Wenn alles zu groß wirkt – mach es kleiner. Immer kleiner. Am Ende: einmal tief ein- und ausatmen. Kostenlos. Nicht als Netzwerk, nicht als Veranstaltungsformat, sondern als Ort, an dem Menschen sich gegenseitig tragen?</p><p>Barbara Klinka-Ghezzo und Michael Ghezzo haben mit Confare die größte IT-Leadership-Community im DACH-Raum aufgebaut. Den #CIOAward erfunden. Die Female IT Community gegründet. Und ein Unternehmen geformt, dessen Motto „Gemeinsam. Besser. Machen." keine Marketingsprache ist, sondern gelebte Haltung.</p><p>In dieser Folge sprechen wir über das, was Mentoring wirklich leistet – jenseits von Netzwerken und Förderprogrammen. Über den Mut, den man weitergeben kann, wenn man ihn selbst einmal gebraucht hat. Über die Frage, warum Female Empowerment in der IT nicht nur Frauen angeht, sondern jeden, der verstanden hat, dass Diversität eine Voraussetzung für echte Zukunftsfähigkeit ist.</p><p>Wir sprechen über Transformation als Haltung – und darüber, woran man erkennt, ob ein Unternehmen es wirklich ernst meint oder ob Zukunftsfähigkeit nur eine schöne Folie für den nächsten Report ist. Michael sieht das auf den Confare Summits täglich. Der Unterschied ist kleiner als man denkt. Und größer als man hofft.</p><p>Und wir sprechen über KI. Über die Positionen, die gerade als erste wegfallen – ausgerechnet die Einstiegsjobs, über die viele Frauen in die IT kommen. Über die 25 Prozent Fehlerquote, die niemand laut ausspricht. Über den Human-in-the-loop-Aspekt, der im schlimmsten Fall über Leben und Tod entscheidet. Und über einen Satz, den ich so direkt selten höre: Schreibt eure LinkedIn-Posts selbst.</p><p>Eine besondere Folge – zum ersten Mal habe ich alleine moderiert. Anthea war krank. Barbara und Michael haben das Gespräch so getragen, dass es sich trotzdem wie ein echtes Miteinander angefühlt hat.
