All teachers can improve and all teachers can learn from each other, which are why I think coaching is increasingly the most effective way with schools where teachers are maybe more experienced. I think the key thing to remember when we're talking about coaching or even to a certain extent mentoring is I don't believe there's a right way to teach. And if we can help colleagues find their own how and why to teach, then that will undoubtedly contribute to their positive teaching experience. […]
