In Daniel 2, Nathan Fisher explores the contrast between the fragile kingdoms of this world and the everlasting kingdom of God. Through Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, we are reminded that earthly power, wisdom and achievement are temporary, but God remains sovereign over history. The stone that destroys the statue points us to Jesus Christ, through whom God’s eternal kingdom has been established. Although we may not know what tomorrow holds, we can trust the God who holds our future. Our response is to look up, trust His sovereignty and worship Him with gratitude and awe.

Daniel: Faithful in Babylon - Daniel
In Daniel 1, Gareth explores what it means to remain faithful to God while living in a culture that does not share our allegiance to Him. Daniel reminds us that God remains sovereign even when circumstances seem out of control. Babylon sought to reshape the young exiles through their thinking, desires and identity, yet Daniel remained devoted to God without withdrawing from the culture around him. We are called to engage respectfully, resist compromise and trust God’s providence. Kingdoms rise and fall, but God remains faithful and His purposes endure.
