One Shot at a Time

About One Shot at a Time

We design a one-shot TTRPG scenario each episode based off of a random prompt. Join Forever DM Daniel and his player, another Daniel, for memey adventures, DM tips, and perhaps get some inspiration for your own next session. Or, put us on in the background to simulate living with two roommates who have very bad takes on popular media. New episodes every other Tuesday, 5 AM EST. Halloween Special: Scooby Cthulhu w/ Josh Greenway (Crash Course DM)

We are back after a long hiatus that we will reinitiate right after this episode. We take one part Cthulhu and one part Scooby Doo to create a frankensteined homebrew rule for a collaborative episode with Crash Course DM. Daniel gets interrupted while Daniel checks the recording. Also Josh is here again. Please check out Crash Course DM for the collaborative episode that will be released later this week.

S4 Ep. 12: - Final Part, Final Final (ft. Cod)

Writing the description for this episode has made me realize that it would be pretty irresponsible to just falsely claim that your show has a celebrity feature in the title. We close it all out making a final fantasy boss fight, and that’s okay because none of those words are proper nouns. It’s the final episode for this show’s current format; what happens next is still up in the air, but we hope you enjoyed the journey (or at least some portion of it). Daniel secures some sponsorships, while Daniel eats burgers.

S4 Ep. 11: Third Part, Casino Zone (ft. The Backrooms [for some reason])

This episode: we do some RAMBLING, followed by some GAMBLING. We try to make a casino zone preamble to the final boss. Daniel trims a palm tree, while Daniel talks about leaf matchups.
