<p>Great candid conversation with my lifelong fitness idol GILAD. Gilad Janklowicz is one of the world's most popular fitness personalities. As a pioneer in the fitness industry, he has helped millions (including me) stay fit with his popular TV fitness show "Bodies in Motion" which launched in 1983 and was filmed outdoors in beautiful Hawaii. I remember working out to GILAD's show every morning or taping it on my VCR. I would bring that VHS tape with me on vacation just to ensure that I got my workout in with Gilad - a handsome man with a fantastic physique and a great Israeli accent! Need I say more? I was hooked! His workouts were effective and fun. I am happy to report that both he and the show are still going strong, now celebrating 40 years on-air. In this interview, we talked about his life, how he got started, the challenges and the joys, the media industry, and of course health, nutrition, and wellness.</p> <p>Experience GILAD for yourself!
